Terms & Conditions

• All Sales Are Final. All tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred to another event, resold through the venue, or refunded for any reason other than an official event cancellation with no rescheduled date.

• Event Cancellation

• In the rare case that the event is canceled without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to the credit card used for purchase.
• If the event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will automatically transfer to the new date and will not be refunded.

• Purchasing Responsibility

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• Please confirm all event details—title, date, time, and location—before completing your purchase.

• Payment Plans

• Payment plans are available for select ticket types.
• If you cancel your order before completing all required installments, you forfeit all funds paid to date. Partial refunds on voluntarily canceled payment plans are not permitted.
• If a scheduled payment fails, you have 10 days to update your payment method.
• If payment is not resolved within 10 days, your order will be automatically canceled and all funds paid to date will be forfeited. Refunds on canceled orders due to failed payments are not permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains current, active, and able to process charges throughout the duration of your payment plan.

• Chargebacks and Disputes

• Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in ticket cancellation and revocation of event entry rights.
• Any disputes must be resolved directly with the event organizer before involving your financial institution.

• Ticket Delivery & Entry

• Tickets will be shipped in July, 2026.
• Tickets must be presented at the gate for entry.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be replaced.

• 
  

• Weather & Force Majeure

• The event will occur rain or shine.
• No refunds are issued due to weather, natural conditions, transportation issues, or other circumstances outside the organizer's control.

• Policy Acceptance

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
