Ticketing FAQ
All guests must wear an official admission wristband to enter Field of Vision - no exceptions.
Only Wristbands purchased via the Field of Vision ticketing platform are valid for entry.
Meadow Creek cannot confirm the validity of any wristbands or passes purchased via third-party providers.
Please note: you must have an official transfer via our ticketing platform to confirm your order.
All guests must have an official Admission Wristband to enter Field of Vision.
A Camping or a Parking Pass is required if you are planning to bring a vehicle to the event, and are sold per campsite or parking space, not per person.
Thursday Early Arrival pass is per vehicle or group, not per person. If arriving via Official Shuttles, a Thursday Early Arrival Pass is required per group (up to 4). Official Shuttle Passes are required per person.
Please note that Pre-Set Glamping Packages and Group Camping come with complimentary Thursday Early Arrival.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, you will receive an email that prompts you to complete your account.
Open the booking confirmation email and click Complete Your Account, or go to fieldofvision.meadowcreekco.com/sign-up to create a password and activate your account.
At check out, choose between Shipping or Will Call Pickup. Shipping Addresses may be updated until the shipping cutoff in July 2026.
Wristbands and Camping Passes will be shipped closer to the event date. For those who select Will Call Pickup, your order will be available upon entry at the Box Office.

Wristbands can be shipped, or collected at will call, but not electronically delivered. The only passes that will be delivered electronically are Official Shuttle Passes.
Once you have created your account, you can access your orders anytime by logging into your fieldofvision.meadowcreekco.com/log-in account.
Your shipping information can be edited any time before the shipping cutoff in July, 2026.

Log into your account at fieldofvision.meadowcreekco.com/log-in and click Your Account in the top right-hand corner. From there, you can update the email address on your account.
Select Will Call Pickup during check out, and pick up your order at the Box Office upon arrival.
Please keep in mind that you must have a valid Photo ID to pick up any Will Call orders. If you need to transfer your Will Call order, you must do so by July 1, 2026.
Once you have created your account, you can access your online confirmations anytime by logging into your fieldofvision.meadowcreekco.com/log-in account. Click the Transfer button, and enter the intended recipient’s name and email address.
At this time, partial orders cannot be transferred.
If your order is set up for Will Call and you would like to give other guests in your party permission to collect specific tickets or passes at the box office, log into your account and update Guest Details.
Scroll down to Guest Details, and Enter the names/emails of the other members of your party to give them the ability to pick up those tickets or passes from the box office.
If your order is currently set up for shipping but you would like to assign your passes to different people, reach out to info@meadowcreekco.com and we will switch your order to Will Call.
All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.
Meadow Creek tickets are non-refundable, but we have a great system to transfer orders to others if that is what you wish.
Payment Plans and installments depend on when the original purchase is made.

By purchasing Booking Protection, you may be eligible for a refund of your purchase under certain circumstances (illness, injury, pregnancy, and more). Please note that XCover is not affiliated with Meadow Creek. If you have any questions, please reach out to partners.support@xcover.com.
The Thursday early arrival pass is per vehicle or group, not per person. If arriving via Official Shuttles, a Thursday Early Arrival Pass is required per group (up to 4).
In the event that wristbands or passes are lost, whomever's name is on the order will be able to collect replacement wristbands for a $50 fee and passes/decals for a $30 fee at the Box Office upon entry to the event. Once wristbands and/or passes are replaced, old wristbands/passes will be de-activated.
Please note: Wristbands cannot be loosened once tightened. Unfortunately, if it's too tight or you can't squeeze it back on, you will need to pay the $50 replacement fee when you arrive at the event.

The Box Office is located just inside the Meadow Creek Main Entrance off of CO Road 350.
The Box Office will open at 12pm noon on Thursday, August 13th for those with Thursday Early Arrival passes, and at 8am on Friday, August 14th for those with Camping, RV, Weekend, and Day Parking Passes. We recommend Thursday Early Arrival to get the best campsites.
NOTE: Meadow Creek will begin lining up cars at 11:30am on Thursday and again at 7:30am on Friday prior to the Box Office opening. Please do not arrive earlier as you will be turned away.

- The Official Shuttle will depart Meadow Creek on Monday, 8/18 at 9:00am MT. This will be the only scheduled Official Shuttle departure back to Downtown Denver and Denver International Airport.
A local shuttle will also be available for transport between Field of Vision and Downtown Buena Vista and South Main. Pick up points are:

Railroad Ave. parking lot in downtown Buena Vista

If you are staying off site and have a vehicle, you may bring your vehicle to site with a Day or Weekend Parking Pass.
Yes, we encourage all attendees to check out the downtown area and visit the local shops. Take the free shuttle from the Box Office and it will drop and pick you up at the Railroad parking lot or at the Surf Hotel. Please find street parking for the Surf Hotel location, and use the Railroad Ave parking lot for shuttle pickups. Please abide by all street signs and city policies. Please do not drive there once you are parked in the Campgrounds.
A Day Parking Pass and Weekend Parking Pass allow a vehicle (not including RV’s) to park in the Day or Weekend Parking lot. Day Parking vehicles must exit by 2am. There is no camping allowed in the Day or Weekend Parking lots.
Yes - even if not arriving with a vehicle, in order to camp on site you must be in a camping site.
Those planning to camp in their own tent at Meadow Creek without a vehicle must still purchase a Camping Pass to secure a designated campsite - these individuals will get the same 20’x22’ camping space as vehicles. You may place more than one tent within a Car Campsite as long as camping gear does not spill over into other spots or fire lanes.
Everyone on site must have an Admission Wristband.
No. You must have an Admission Wristband in order to enter the campgrounds and the venue.
Children ages 0-5 are free. 6+ require an Admission Wristband.
Field of Vision will have a bootlegger alley where bootleggers can register for a spot to sell products… Mirage City applications are now closed.
Please note that those accepted for Bootlegging will receive a space to sell but you must acquire your own Admission Wristbands + camping/parking Passes. Bootleg passes come with complimentary Thursday Early Arrival for one (1) vehicle which is included as part of the Mirage City Pass (not a separate pass).

For photo pass requests - please wait to reach out until the month prior to the event (July, 2026). Meadow Creek will provide a photo pass contact that can handle requests.
It will be beautiful during the day, and chilly at night. August weather in Buena Vista can be warm (in the 80s) during the day, and cool (into the 40s) at night. Please be prepared with layers and plan for possible rain.

Meadow Creek is cashless. All credit cards and apple and google pay will be accepted at all vendors.
Yes. However, bikes will not be allowed into the venue. Look for a designated bicycle parking lot near the venue entrance.
Pedal-assisted E-bikes are allowed but the speed limit is 5mph. No electric dirt bikes, motorcycles, mopeds, ATVs, golf carts, etc. will be allowed in the campgrounds.
There are no dogs or animals (of any kind) allowed anywhere in the venue or in the campgrounds. If you bring your dog or another animal to the gates, you will be turned away.
Yes. A detailed event schedule will be available closer to the event dates.
Lost and Found will be located at the Lost and Found and Info tent on Main Street, next to the Accessibility campground.
Campgrounds close at 3pm on Monday, August 17th.
Camping FAQ
Meadow Creek offers a local shuttle that runs between downtown Buena Vista and the Box Office on all show days, so we strongly discourage leaving the event grounds once you have arrived and set up camp. This policy is in place for safety reasons.
There will be no vehicle re-entry during peak entrance times, and we encourage all guests to use the local shuttle to get to town, though you are permitted to leave and return in your car if needed.
No. Everyone inside the campgrounds and venue must have a valid Admission Wristband.
No, camping must be purchased separately. All Parking, Camping, and RV Passes are per vehicle, not per person.
Yes, showers will be available for purchase across the campgrounds for $10 per shower. Meadow Creek is cashless, please bring a card for all purchases.
Shower hours will be announced closer to the event.
Absolutely no fires are allowed. Small propane camp stoves are permitted.
Yes, outside food and beverage is permitted in the campgrounds. However, all vehicles are subject to search and no glass is permitted.
Liquor is not permitted. Each camper over 21 years old is allowed only 1 case of canned beer, 1 case of canned hard seltzer, or 1 box of wine permitted per person.
Outside food & beverage is not permitted inside the venue.
RVs may be delivered to the event as long as the delivery driver is accompanied by admission wristband holders and the RV arrives during vehicle toll hours: Thursday noon - 11:59pm, or Friday 8am - 11:59pm. Your RV will still be subject to vehicle toll search procedures, and the delivery driver must exit the event site immediately after delivery is complete. Meadow Creek does not work directly with RV providers.
No, companion vehicles will need a Weekend Vehicle Parking Pass and must park in the Weekend Parking lot.
No. RVs may not leave and return once parked.
Meadow Creek offers a local shuttle that runs between downtown Buena Vista and the Box Office on all show days, so we strongly discourage leaving the event grounds once you have arrived and set up camp. This policy is in place for safety reasons.
If leaving Meadow Creek, we encourage all attendees to use the Local Shuttle, bicycles, or walk.
If you do leave Meadow Creek in a vehicle, upon re-entry you will be required to come through vehicle tolls and your original campsite placement may be forfeited - we cannot guarantee that you will be placed in the same campsite upon re-entry.
There will be no re-entry during peak entrance times, and we encourage all guests to use the local shuttle to get to town, though you are permitted to leave and return in your car if needed.
No. Only Weekend Camping Passes are available. Camping is not permitted for those with Single Day Admission Wristbands.
